Mariners vs Rays 8/9/08

Yesterday we saw the Mariners take on the Tampa Bay Rays at Safeco Field. The view was good for bleacher seats and we were in the first row which was kind of scary with the tots, a 30 ft drop below us and only 3 ft railings (approx.) The kids had fun and got to eat all kinds of stadium sweets & treats like ice cream, kettle corn, peanuts, soda, and garlic fries. The game ended up going into extra innings, but we stayed until the ninth. It was 10:30pm by then. Ichiro hit a first inning, first pitch home run for us. And Susan scored all kinds of freebies from corporate sponsors.
