birthday dessert

I only wanted one thing for my birthday this year and it was my dad's special shredded coconut and caramelized banana ice cream dessert. Never heard of it? Well its because only my dad makes it. And it is divine. We collected a bunch of fresh coconut and I had coconut and coconut juice almost every day I was there. Thanks Dad!
